Bennett Under Fire for Remark on Crime and Black Abortions

now i’ve heard the author of Freakanomics on NPR several times being interviewed by Americans of African descent, as well as on PBS with Tavis Smiley. not once, during the course of the either discussion did the abortion of Black babies as a crime reduction technique come up. and i’m sure that if such a thing were explicit, or implied in Freakanomics, Mr. Levitt could have very well caught a verbal or physical beatdown. so, one has to ask where did Mr. Bennett get ‘Black babies’ from? just a random thought plucked out of the air? not likely. maybe he get’s it from his mama? nonetheless, everything is everything, and everything is something.

we can’t put everything on whatever ignorance comes out of peoples mouths, but we can’t be dismissive either….and this cat is a former U.S. education secretary..hmmm
